Ramadan: Who has read (Hijab/niqab Question)?

albani was a man who tried to be only one person who will be followed by every one.then he said about all brunchs of Islam.but problem is he 'failed'.islam after prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam never based on only one parson.,but it allways understood by a group of scholar's.
