Can i use a sector 9 mini for down hill?

I got a sector 9 mini, here is the specs. 7ply cold press maple/ Front bowl /Rocker mold /Top mount(idk what that means). Dimensions: 30"L x 8.6 x 16.5 WB. Hardware: 8.375" Gullwing Mission1 Trucks, 61mm 78 a nine ball wheels, .05"sector 9 recycled plastic risers, Bones reds bearings, 1.5" low pro hardened steel bolts, grip tape with die cut. And the board is very stiff!
