What would i have to do to burn the most fat?
i have never tried any of these weight loss programs and don't plan to. they say that doing a certain diet will help, but i am unwilling to cut anything out. except candy, that can go. im a pear shaped person. my arms are skinny though.... all my weight is in my tummy and thighs. i am also unwilling to pay for anything like that. i just want to lose a little weight. before i was pregnant with my daughter, i was 165 at 5'11''. right before chloe was born i was 180, but now im over 200 and keep gaining slowly. my job has me on my feet all day long. about 10 hours a day. i don't seem to be losing any weight. i dont want to weight more than 200... not even 190lbs is good. i wanna weight somewhere close to 180 again... how would i approach that? are there certain foods, based on specifically me that i can eat to help? i've tried going to gyms, but to no avail im still the same...i'm tired of looking in the mirror and seeing myself as one of the chubbiest 21 year olds i know. can you lend me some advice?
