Where can i rate this show?

so, currently my favorite show is the nine lives of chloe king, but i keep hearing about how it has really low ratings and so there may not be a second season. I want to know how i could rate it... if possible or is that not something i can do? the show is on abc family, i checked the website but couldnt find a place... please help.
