Know any diets that work?
I recently started counting my calories which is good for you helps you eat less foods or vere towards healthier ones and it has worked with no exercise i lost 8lbs in a week be it im a a bit over weight. but just some light walking around your neighborhood everyday is a good exercise or go out and get you a workout video. I know walmart has tons of ten dollar work out videos. I am keeping my calories 1600 or lower and losing a lb or two every day. Good luck and i have also only been drinking water or the lipton diet green tea the citrus taste the best to me its supposed to help speed metabolism as well
