I cannot remember the name of this show on the wb?

i use to watch this show on the wb, and now that the site has changed that show is no longer on there and i cannot remember the name. all i remember about the show is that it centers around a guy he's in high school or college and him and his friends get into trouble a lot, and he has this lady whos like his therapist or probation officer or something an they start to have a relationship. also there was one scene where all the friends were at a telephone pole and they hung a tire up and were having a memorial service for a friend of theres who was killed. the police ended up showing up adn there either was a fight or there almost was. please help, it would be greatly appreciated!
