CardCaptors promo song on KidsWB/Toonami?

Back in the day, I believe 2000 or so, they used to show CardCaptors on the Kids WB or Toonami. During some of the downtime or commercials they would play a song featuring Sakura as either Live Action or CGI, I can't remember which, however I cannot remember the song name or find it by vision. It had cards floating around as background images and Sakura standing in the middle. Any help is appreciated.
