Dressage and a sway back horse...?

My horse has quite a bad sway back but he is a WB and is, like most, a bit of a prancer. He carries his head quite nicely and has nice gaits, although it is quite obvious that his sway affects his gaits. But I'm wondering does anyone think its possible to do competitive dressage with a horse with a sway back?
