Help! frets to call the police?

Hi, So A couple of weeks ago on this facebook website (barbrow sell and seek) I swapped my Blackberry Torch for a laptop. The person said it was the RAM so i said okay I'll fix it.. Turns out it was the motherboard! So i blocked the phone (reported it lost) he conned me so i thought I'd do the same. I used a fake facebook name and met him @ the local shoe factory. But today he has sent me 2 messages... 1, I didn't con u I said I fort it was the ram and if u had any problems to message on here or to phone me,u blocked that phone as soon as we got it as it's never worked,so if any1s the con here it is you I have all the messages to prove to every1 on here and will phone the police as I told u it was not working and any problems to phone and I would give ur phone bk wb or I will be informing the police... and then....Just to let you know I'm going to CID (police)today because I have spoke to virgin and what you have done is illegal so expect a vist or a phone call from them if you take of the block before 3pm then I won't go but be warned you are the one who has broke the law not me and the transaction is on CCTV.... Can they find me with a fake name? And how has he spoke to virgin when i don't have that name on my account.. I'm worried now that the police will come get me? Can they get me? PLEASE HELP!! <3
