Pregnant, help with baby names?

Hi im 24 weeks along, and I don't know what im having yet. My boyfriend knows but i told him to keep it a secret till later, but i have chosen a couple names. For a girl i was thinking maybe: Chloe Ann, Jasmine Renee, or Vanessa Rae. For a boy i like: Jayden Christopher, Kayden Cole, or Holden James. My dads middle name is Ray and i would like that to be a part if my baby's name but im not sure what sounds good with it. Any of those sound good? Im open to suggestions. Thanks for the help.
