Why cant Palestinians just live under Israeli rule instead of mass concentrating themselves in WB and Gaza?

Some do. Others won't. It is an individual choice. In fact, there are so many Arabs within Israel's borders right now, and their birth rate is higher than the Jews, that Israel may become a country with an Arab majority in the future. When that happens, the Jewish state will be forced to implement Apartheid policy.
