My MP3 Player is not working right...?

Yesterday my MP3 was working fine in the morning. I had turned it off and when I came home at night and tried turning it back on, it wouldn't work. A screen would pop up saying "profiling requires 20MB of free space" So I try to hook it to my computer and my computer won't recognize it. Pack of 3 dogs split up through divorce. Is it worse to allow the dogs to reunite every couple of weeks?

My ex and I had three dogs together (two Labs - Chloe and Roxie and a little mutt - Chili). When we split up we decided that he would keep both Labs (as Chloe is blind and I didn't want to worsen her abilities in a new location) and I kept the little dog when I moved to a new home. On occasion my ex needs to stay away overnight because of his work. On those times I gladly dog-sit for our two Labs as he drops them at my house on the way to his overnight work requirement. Chili is always so happy to reunite with Chloe and Roxie but I wonder if this reuniting and then "gone again" scenario is helping or hurting Chili. He has obviously been grieving since the pack split and once the other dogs come and stay and then leave he doesn't seem anymore depressed than he usually does. When he is with Roxie and Chloe, Chili is the pack leader. But once they leave he becomes a follower and allows me to be the pack leader. Is this scenario doing Chili more harm than good or is it good for him to know his other dog friends are still out there and will visit from time to time?

I remember watching every episode as it aired on Cartoon Network when it first started airing. Now Cartoon Network just makes BS live action shows and plotless cartoons. Very hot head and neck with cold sweats?

Hi, I'm a 43 yr old woman and I keep getting these strange sensations in my head and neck. It feels as if my head is in an oven, the heat seems to work its way from the back of my neck then all over my head and face. Need LiveCD with foolproof Internet Connection Sharing. Please read more....?

I have a laptop with no hard drive therefore using a LiveCD is a must. I have been fooling around with Linux distros (Puppy, SLAX, etc) and Windows XP Pro SP3 Live. I get the closest using SLAX because it will recognize my Netgear WG111 wireless and adapter and even displays excellent linkage/signal. Now, the part I am having the problem with is sharing a connection with the rest of my network. I don't care what type/brand/version of LiveCD it is and would even build a custom CD using something like WinBuilder. I just need ICS sharing like I am accustom to as with Windows XP in which after I install the hardware all I need to do is either use a wizard or manually change an IP address. I have even thought of using XP Pro SP3 Live with a portable ICS software on a thumb drive. Any help would be appreciated and please allow me to reply back to you if necessary.

She is on the highest dose of the medication , and it has worked very well. The doctors said they don't see why not but is it a high risk.? We plan to go to Canada's Wonderland and she went on a spin ride like the Scambler(From Centerville or any typical fair ride) the other day and was fine. Also, I know that Thunder Run is out of the question...due to the lights but is there anyothers that may pose a danger? Okay so I love the Harry Potter series (books and movies), but I just haven't gotten around to purchasing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 on dvd yet, but I was thinking, should I just wait? Will WB release Part 1 and Part 2 together in a combo pack on dvd? Cause if so, I think I'll hold off.

Overdone plot, with cliche, gag inducing endings. Girl finds boy. Boy finds girl. Boy looses girl. Girl remembers boy. Girl dies tragically in an accident. Furthermore, the plot is uneven with a very serious point which doesn't really seem to match with the rest of the story line.

Is Netflix (or Newline Cinema) holding the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition?

I have to assume so that Newline Cinema is holding onto to releasing extended versions of the movie, and not really Netflix, usually if a movie has a very long wait it is a popular movie, like say a new release where they won't have an estimate on they will get a copy of the movie to you on dvd, and how long that will take. Your guess is as good as mine as to why it will be taking as long, I don't really care to see even a extended version of any of the Lord of the Rings movies. My recommendation for you is to go to the Help center on their, and call their phone # for customer service, it will give you the current holding time, and a code for faster service, not sure how fast it will be for you. I bet they can be able to answer this question better for you then I would, I don't work for Netflix, they may also not be allowed to tell you why the movie is being held up . But you don't know if you don't give them a call. You may be right that Newline Cinema could be forcing them to hold a very long time on dvd until the Blu-Ray editions comes out next month, I was not aware any of this until I saw your question.

My netbook won't connect to the internet without a wireless adapter.?

I used to have windows XP on my netbook. (its an Acer Aspire One) I did a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate, it works GREAT, except it doesn't connect to the internet wirelessly. It needs a wireless adapter to be able to connect wirelessly where as before, when i had windows XP it did not need it. It's almost like it thinks its a desktop computer. Xbox doesn't recognize new (official) HDD after big screw up?

So basically, I tried to transfer my data from a 60GB HDD to a 120GB HDD. I already have a transfer cable(lost the CD) so what I did was I put the 60GB one in my xbox, and the 120GB one in my transfer cable to my xbox. The xbox asked me to configure the new device and I agreed. Then a clean data transfer followed and I thought it was done. But what turn out is that my xbox actually configured my 120GB HDD to a 16GB external HDD! When I plug the 120GB HDD in on the top, it won't recognize it. Can I fix this or should i contact microsoft?

What would i have to do to burn the most fat?

i have never tried any of these weight loss programs and don't plan to. they say that doing a certain diet will help, but i am unwilling to cut anything out. except candy, that can go. im a pear shaped person. my arms are skinny though.... all my weight is in my tummy and thighs. i am also unwilling to pay for anything like that. i just want to lose a little weight. before i was pregnant with my daughter, i was 165 at 5'11''. right before chloe was born i was 180, but now im over 200 and keep gaining slowly. my job has me on my feet all day long. about 10 hours a day. i don't seem to be losing any weight. i dont want to weight more than 200... not even 190lbs is good. i wanna weight somewhere close to 180 again... how would i approach that? are there certain foods, based on specifically me that i can eat to help? i've tried going to gyms, but to no avail im still the same...i'm tired of looking in the mirror and seeing myself as one of the chubbiest 21 year olds i know. can you lend me some advice?

Windows 7 driver installation for Canon EOS Digital Software?

I have tried several times to install the software for my Canon EOS 10D since Windows 7 does not recognize the drivers that came with the disk of my Cannon EOS Digital Camera. But when I plugged in the USB cable from my Camera to import the images, Windows opened instead of the Canon program for importing the RAW images. The Canon File Viewer Utility can not find the images which can be viewed within windows. Can anyone help?

My boyfriend is overprotective lately...?

My boyfriend and I both live in a big city. He has a career in law enforcement. He's gotten a promotion and was put in the Special Victims Unit. So, he sees a lot of rape victims and things like that all the time and before he didn't really worry about me too much. But now he like insists on walking me home all the time and I used to just walk home alone. Or if I walk home from a party or something with a roomate, he'll insist I text him as soon as I get home. One time I forgot because I was really tired and he came to my house! Also, I'm a local journalist so sometimes guys will recognize me and be like, "Haven't I seen you before?" And now he gets really mad when they do that. I do see his point a TINY bit because I am a young woman living in a big city and I used to walk home by myself at like 3 a. m all the time. Is this bad behavior. Do you think he is wrong for being so overprotective or is it understandable. Regardless, it makes me uncomfortable and I've tried to tell him to lay off but he doesn't really get it. What should I do? How do I convince him to relax? Do you think he should look into another unit because I think this job is starting to really mess with his head.

My best friend is a boy, and we're still fairly young. We've been friends for two years, really close this last year. My boyfriend is getting overprotective because of my job?

My boyfriend and I both live in a big city. He has a career in law enforcement. He's gotten a promotion and was put in the Special Victims Unit. So, he sees a lot of rape victims and things like that all the time and before he didn't really worry about me too much. But now he insists on walking me home all the time and I used to just walk home alone. Or if I walk home from a party or something with a roomate, he'll insist I text him as soon as I get home. Ok so like in august into september, i'm going to board my grandma's australian shepherd. She is a female, and this is the first time i am ever going to board a dog:) I do have experience with dogs by the way because i'm living with a rottie and i helped raised him as a pup and i'm still living with him now. My grandma is going to be gone for a month or more, and i can easily exercise her and feed her, but problem is, she is one fearful dog! She is quite scared of everything and everyone! Need LiveCD with foolproof Internet Connection Sharing. Please read more....?

I have a laptop with no hard drive therefore using a LiveCD is a must. I have been fooling around with Linux distros (Puppy, SLAX, etc) and Windows XP Pro SP3 Live. I get the closest using SLAX because it will recognize my Netgear WG111 wireless and adapter and even displays excellent linkage/signal. Now, the part I am having the problem with is sharing a connection with the rest of my network. I don't care what type/brand/version of LiveCD it is and would even build a custom CD using something like WinBuilder. I just need ICS sharing like I am accustom to as with Windows XP in which after I install the hardware all I need to do is either use a wizard or manually change an IP address. I have even thought of using XP Pro SP3 Live with a portable ICS software on a thumb drive. Any help would be appreciated and please allow me to reply back to you if necessary.

I used to take care of children before and most of the three year old I met could speak only a little but had a little bit of problems with shapes and colors. The four year olds were better at that. If anything, maybe he is more of the artistic than analytical child and that is perfectly fine since most people think with either one side of the brain or the other. Did the PS3 erased my flashdrives memory?

I put my flash drive into the ps3 (slim) to put some music on. Then I took it out to modify the way the PS3 recognizes the music files on my PC, but when I put them on my PC, ALL my files were gone. It says that the file is empty, but it still shows that I have used space on the flash drive. I have windows 7, my flash was fine the whole day and I did take it out properly before putting it onto my PS3. Is there a way to get my files back or a reason why this happened. What bit should I be using on my horse?

I have a WB x Welsh jumper pony. He goes fine at the walk and trot on the flat in a simple rubber racing Dee ring snaffle, I can even canter him on the flat in that most of the time. But once he starts jumping, he gets REALLY excited and takes off after the fences, I know this problem isn't all in fault of the bit, but he is used to having a close contact and tight rein so when I pull asking him to stop it doesn't do much, he runs through the bit. I am doing exercises to slow him down without changing his bit, (trotting fences and halting after) but he does just take the bit and run, so I am looking to put him in something a little (or a lot) harsher so I can regain control after the fence quicker, he is fine with single fences, but I need to have him collected enough to do a whole course, and with him taking off after the jumps I am having a hard time. I was thinking about a Kimberwicke or a Pelham, ( he used to be ridden in a pelham) please don't give me advice on how to slow him down, just on what bit would be a good decision for me. Thanks

Girlfriend is upset with me?

I have been with my girlfriend for 8 months. The issue we are having in the relationship is me recognizing what she is upset about. If I do something wrong I get the silent treatment. She will never want to talk about it when I ask her whats wrong. We talked about this and its just what she does when she is upset. She wants me to figure out what is wrong on my own and to apologize. I try to figure out what I did wrong but I usually end up apologizing just in general and dint figure it out, or I do when she tells me. We have somewhat gotten past this but is there something I could do to try and fix this? Second, since this issue whenever she appears upset I ask her if its something I did, I guess I have trouble recognizing when I do something wrong. Netgear MAC Authentication Question?

Everything was working fine - then this afternoon lost internet and dont know why...I have a HP desktop with XP, Netgear WNDR3300, lost wifi content, but still able to connect to network. Comcast ISP said modem is fine, and when going desktop >ethernet>modem, I can ping and they can see me. I set up the router again, and tried pinging from desktop out ethernet to router to modem and they couldnt see me. I logged into routerlogin.com and after an hour, found that if i switch the MAC Authentication under the "Router MAC Address" from my desktop MAC address to the MAC address of my Iphone - I get internet and again all the wifi works and is very fast on all devices. If I go back to desktop MAC ID, I lose it again. I tried the default option, and the manual one - Is my desktop somehow not being recognized as legit MAC ID? Sorry for the rambling, and appreciate any help!

Windows XP won't recognize even I enter the right key.?

My Dell CD for XP Service Pack 2 installed XP last month. I ignored the "Activate Windows Now" thing on the bottom right of the screen. So, I go to activate it. Problems: Even after correctly entering the code when I spoke to an operator or entering the Activation Key correctly online, both said they don't recognize it (it is a genuine Windows code). Now when I log on to my computer, it tells me I have to activate Windows. Again, I enter the codes correctly either by phone/online but neither recognize it (in the past when I had to re-install XP, it has worked). Help me, please!

Ok, my mom is away from home and being the only one that knows how to use a car in the house I have to start it and move it every once in a while. In one of those every once in a while I accidentally ran over a kitty, well not exactly ran over her. I didn't got to run over her completely because I was looking out for cats on the way (apparently I wasn't looking good enough) and thanks to the face the mother put I was able to recognize immediately the problem. So I stopped and I saw that I had barely ran over her left leg. My mother told me to bandage the leg (with two stick that doctors use to check the mouth) over the phone 'cause it looked dislocated, an opinion that became a fact when my mom told me it was (my mom is a doctor and I was talking and sending pictures for half an hour). Anyway there's only as much as my mom can help me at so I am looking for vids on how to bandage the leg with no sticks what so ever. She also recommended to give 1/4 of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) every 8h. Now, any opinions are completely and absolutely (whatever they might be) welcome and I have considered taking her to a veterinarian but I have no license (the driving I did was inside the house property), my other family members are too far away to come and help me (not that they'll be glad to waste gas for a kitty), and my step father is in Cuba (he doesn't know how to drive anyway, he has some kind of phobia that disables him from driving). Ohh and by the way, the kitty has a bump on the inner part near or on (don't really know, I am not a freaking expert) the location of the hip bone, any info and/or cure will be nice tooo. So yeah now that you know my situation I hope you can help me, and notice I use the word kitty instead of cat because the kitty is still small (I have no flipping clue on how old she is, the cats hang around the house and my sis feeds them).
